Always involved in woodworking, I was active professionally from '85 to 2000 when I sold my 1 man shop and moved South to sunny Florida. Now I work on projects that simply please me first, and if anything significant comes up I publish it, mostly in video format. As a U.S. Navy Vietnam vet, I and my fellow vets are invited to speak with students about our experiences, and when asked to sum up, my rejoinder to these young people is: "you come from a land of plenty- much has been given you, therefore much is expected of you". I know for a fact who "the Greatest Generation" is, I have the privilege to stand before them every year. ________________________________________________________ Yesterday I served my country. Today I serve it's youth. Tomorrow I will bask in the fruits of that service. -Hank Metz U.S.N. 1969- 1973
