this is a great site for scrollsawyers to register at and find information, but i think there arent any manufacturers of pinned spiral blades. how bout lookin into an adapter kit to convert to pinless blades?

Don't think I ever seen them for sale. My experience with spiral blades is they leave the edges so ruff it causes too much sanding where as if you use good regular blades you never have to sand the edges at all.

I remember seeing some spiral blades with reverse teeth on bottom but I never could get to like them. They liked to follow the grain more than the pattern line. Lots of people use them though.

the spiral blades are used more for portrait work.
to get rid of the fuzzies on the back, i use a torch set on low and burn em off. makes quick work of it.theres a LOT of cuts in the butterfly ( and a lot of tigers,too) and it is a lot easier when the work piece doesnt have to be spun 360 degrees for every cut.
