I got lucky

I bought a new seat for my bicycle. The mounting instructions said, (and I quote):

Tools Needed
1. Depending on seat type, either an adjustable allen wrench or box end wrench matching seat post type.
2. Small level.

Luckily, my seat is the type that I could use a box end wrench. I don't have an adjustable allen wrench, and I sure as he|| didn't want to go the the hardware store and ask for one.

I am a great believer in luck. The harder I work, the more of it I seem to have.

Re: I got lucky

Would I be correct in assuming that the seat was made in China?  The Chinese have a knack for wrecking the English language.

I'm also wondering about the level. What if your working on a slope?

Hay this could be a good idea guys.  I think a adjustable Allen key would save lots of space in my tool box.   LOL

Re: I got lucky

All my tools are left-handed and I can't find a left-handed adjustable allen wrench anywhere.

Re: I got lucky

I'm still trying to find a "left handed smoke shifter" from my scouting days.  I'll ask the guy for one of those adjustable allen wrenches too the next time I got to buy some tools.............any particular size???  Metric or standard???  Heh-heh-heh!
