Moulding angle...

If you were to make your own.... what I am looking for is what's the angle at both ends of crown moulding?
Are they both same width? Thanks.

the angles depend on the spring angle of the molding, this web page might help you get a idea.

Basically it can be anything you want. If you were to buy it, crown molding is typically 45/45 or 38/52. Remember, one piece crown is actually a "shortcut" for built up molding that was several pieces stacked on one another.
